HOT SPRINGS – The Hot Springs Lady Bison competed in a pair of games last week, which saw them fall to Chadron on the road last Monday night in three straight games by scores of 20-25, 7-25 and 12-25. Back at home on Tuesday night versus Spearfish during Senior Night, it was a similar story as the team fell in three games 21-25, 13-25 and 19-25.
Head coach Jami Klippenstein said her team worked hard in both matches despite the losses, and pointed out the strong play off the bench by junior Tyler Warner, who “Never misses a beat and does her job no matter what position it is on the floor.”
This week, the Lady Bison will wrapped up their regular season with a road game versus Rapid City Christian. They are currently 9-19 on the season and the sixth seed out of seven teams in Region 8A.
The first round of the playoffs will take place beginning next Tuesday, Oct. 30.
